The cottage is beautifully styled and yet functional in every which way, the beds so comfy and to wake up with just the sound of birds and the wind outside was magnificent. The description doesn't do justice to the outdoors that immediately surrounds you, it was magical.
We stayed during a wet and cold February for a few days. Communication was really good and we found the cottage easily from the instructions.
The cottage was very comfortable and cosy. We loved the fireplace and living areas, wifi was really fast and reliable. First time using an Aga, took very little time to get used to. A more stylish and chic than the pictures.
This stay is cosy, quiet, clean, comfortable and is surrounded by some beautiful walks and great little pubs. Our party throughly enjoyed our weekend stay in drizzly January, and imagine it’s twice as gorgeous in spring and summer.

Beautiful house in a great area of the dales.. many great walks and beautiful Yorkshire pubs on your doorstep. Amazing views from the garden, house is also perfect if you have a dog.

A romote but lovely house! Very well equipped, clean, funcatinal, well-maintained, has everything you need for a short stay. Peaceful location, don't miss the walk down the river, maybe Simon's Seat! Remember to shop the foods you need before driving into the dales.
While it's a house with plenty of characters, we like the kitchen the most.

Wow, what a setting, and what a view! Also the cottage is a bit like the Tardis, its much bigger on the inside than you expect! So much space, and done up so well.
